SPANISH + VOLUNTEERING

The Mundo Verde Volunteer Program combines the volunteering experience in Cusco with Spanish learning. This course gives the volunteer time to study Spanish, maximizing their job potential whilst volunteering in Cusco. We are flexible with schedules, as we know that combining work and study demands an enormous effort. Volunteering is free at Mundo Verde. There is no donation fee as we understand that volunteers give enough themselves, helping people or organizations. Once again VOLUNTEERING in Cusco through MUNDO VERDE SPANISH SCHOOL IS FREE!!!

To attend this program one would be required to commit themself for a minimum of 8 weeks. We have contacts and links with several projects in Cusco, and you can choose the type of work that suits you. Volunteer work usually includes street children projects, orphanages, schools, hospitals and social projects teaching English, arts, etc. We also have projects outside Cusco working mainly with children and animals.

SCHEDULE
Upon arrival we will pick you up from the airport and take you to the house of the family that you will be staying with. The following day you will visit your project; there you will meet your co-workers and be informed on the shift you will work.

The following day you will begin your Spanish lessons as chosen (3 hours per day) The schedule will depend of the shift you are working at the project.

You will have continual contact with our Volunteering Coordinator and a constant support. We are also flexible with time if you want to arrange individual excursions.

Knowing that each person has a different goal we have designed three volunteering programs to give you a wider possibility on choosing the right one for you:

VOLUNTEER A: 8 week Spanish Classes + 8 week accommodation (family stay, flat)
VOLUNTEER B: 4 week Spanish Classes + 8 week accommodation (family stay, flat)
VOLUNTEER C: 4 week Spanish Classes (No accommodation)

REMEMBER!!! PART OF THE MONEY YOU WOULD PAY FOR THIS COURSE WILL BE USED AS FOLLOWS:
• 15% goes directly to the Rain forest Project
• 10% goes directly to the Health Funding for the Needy Project
